Requirements:
✔️ Can speak, read and write Japanese
✔️ Open to JLPT N1/N2/N2/N4N5 or basic in Japanese
✔️ Open to graduates and undergraduate
✔️ Experience in Admin/ Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist Japanese Executive
✔️ Interpret Japanese to English and English to Japanese during the meeting
✔️ Translate from Japanese to English and vise versa
✔️ Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and report Making travel arrangements for executives.
✔️ Provide general administrative support.
