Position: Spanish Educational Tools Support

Work Location: Davao del Sur
Salary: Php 25,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish and English
➤ Basic to Conversational Spanish are welcome to apply
➤ No Experience required, candidates looking for a first bilingual job are highly welcome!
➤ Open for Senior High School, Undergraduate, or College graduate
➤ Entry levels are very much welcome to apply
➤ Willing to work onsite in Davao City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ In-charge to assist customer complaints and inquiries by Spanish/English speaking
➤ Responsible to help customers in assisting on how to Navigate those Educational tools
➤ Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products by providing the best customer service
➤ Troubleshooting common issues
➤ Help to analyze, monitor and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
➤ Raising questions and issues when necessary
➤ Perform other related task
