REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean Languages.
✅Confident and can deal with VIPs.
✅Ability to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
✅Bachelor's degree in a related area.
✅At least 5 years of related experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
✅Coordinate arrangements related to gaming activities, preferences and stay of guests, ensure coordination with other departments is seamless and arrangements are facilitated accordingly
✅Assist guest queries and processes relating to membership, gaming programs, promotions & events, and other related inquiries
✅Facilitate guest program buy-in and settlement at the Cage. Assist as well in all Gaming Treasury-related transactions and inquiries
✅Achieve a high standard of service level through proactive engagement with guests
✅Promote a high standard of professionalism in all engagement with guests
