Position: Japanese Operations Manager
Industry: Manufacturing company
Location: Rosario, Cavite
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: 5 days a week (9am to 6pm)
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅JLPTN1-N3 passer or level.
✅Good communication Skills.
✅Amenable to attend the face to face interview.
✅Experience in people management
✅Experience as an Operations Manager in Manufacturing company is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Handle overall operations
✅Reports to president
✅Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
✅Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
✅Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
✅Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
✅Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
✅Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
✅Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
✅Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
✅Support worker communication with the management team
