IT Company Service that offers customer service,sales, marketing, inventory logistics, or finance. They deliver a range of services from premium tech support to analytics to IoT based solutions.
Position: Japanese Team Lead
Industry: IT Company/BPO Company
Location: BGC. , Taguig
Salary: Php100,000 - Php115,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM | weekends off)
Work Set Up: Work From Home
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🍓 JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
🍓 Open to native and non-native speakers
🍓 Must have a background in any customer service industry in a BPO
🍓 Have experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor / People Manager in a call center set up (familiar with coaching methodologies, QA evaluations and handling kpi scores of agents)
🍓 Strong internet connection and space to work at home (WORK FROM HOME) 9 AM to 6 PM shift
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🍓 In charge of guiding and leading a team of Japanese speaking customer service agents towards organizational goals and to guarantee consistent achievements of key performance metrics.
🍓 Ensure accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to managers.
🍓 To ensure that all calls are handled professionally.
