Position: French Help Desk Associate

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write French language
◉ Proficient in both French and English
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus
◉ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
◉ Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships.
◉ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
◉ Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
◉ Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
◉ Resolves payment complaints
