Additionally, they plan to export automobile that are already in poor condition from the Philippines.

Position: Sales Supervisor

Work Schedule: Weekends Off | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 (Still negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ With at least 3 years work experience in Machinery/Automotive/Sales.
✨ Has active drivers license
✨ Amenable to work on site
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interviews.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Gaining new clients (automobiles, trucks, and equipment) by use of several offline and online sales initiatives, such as field visits.
✨ Boost profitability, put sales techniques, promotions, and corporate presentations into practice and create them.
✨ Payment and security deposit collection from new clients.
✨ Help customers navigate sales websites by offering guidance.
✨ Lead and mentor your team; inspire and motivate them.
✨ Work together with other departments or teams to carry out campaigns and projects.
✨ Create and deliver reports to the sales team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
✨ Oversee and evaluate the team's profit and loss.
