Position: Regional Sales Manager
Company Industry: Import and Export Company
Work Location: Davao
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 50,000 (Still negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨At least 3 years of working experience in Managerial role.
✨With experience working in the FMCG or construction sector is an advantage
✨Amenable to work on site.
✨With active drivers license is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Create and carry out strategic sales programs to meet local sales goals.
✨Oversee and direct a group of sales representatives, provide direction, coaching, and assistance to
optimize output.
✨Locate future markets and new business prospects in the area, growing the clientele of the business.
✨Establish and preserve solid bonds with important customers, suppliers, and partners to increase sales while ensuring client pleasure.
✨Keep an eye on rival activity, market trends, and consumer feedback to modify sales tactics and plans appropriately.
✨Create and provide budgets, reports, and sales predictions to upper management showcasing successes, difficulties, and chances.
✨Work together with product development, marketing, and other divisions to coordinate sales endeavors with the overarching corporate goals.
✨Verify that all corporate rules, processes, and legal requirements are followed.
