Position: Spanish Helpdesk Support

Work Set up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national can speak At least conversational level in Spanish
◉ With or without work experience are open to apply
◉ Open to Graduates or Undergraduates
◉ Willing to work onsite and open to relocate in Davao City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Help customers in assisting on how to Navigate those Educational tools
◉ Troubleshooting common issues with the product
◉ Recommended procedure modifications or improvement
◉ Responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering healthy working relationships
◉ Walk customers through problem solving process
