Position: Italian Customer Support Associate

Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national can speak Italian and English fluently
◉ Open to graduates and undergraduates
◉ Customer Service background is a big advantage
◉ Willing to work and relocate in Cebu City
◉ Amenable to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
◉ Help in tracking and distributing order information
◉ Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
◉ Monitoring and tracking orders
◉ Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to Italian-speaking clients
◉ Perform other related tasks
