Requirements:
🎀Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🎀With 2-3 years experience as Recruitment Supervisor or similar role
🎀Willing to work in Cebu City
🎀Amenable to attend interviews
🎀Can start sa soon as possible

Responsibilities:
🎀Lead and oversee the hiring team while offering direction and assistance.
🎀Create and put into action recruitment strategies to draw in top talent.
🎀Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting jobs to providing onboarding.
🎀Hold interviews and evaluate applicants to make sure they fit the needs of the business.
🎀Continue to cultivate connections with job boards and recruitment firms.
🎀Track and evaluate hiring metrics in order to enhance the hiring procedure.
🎀Hold frequent training sessions for the recruitment team to improve their abilities.
🎀Work together with department managers to comprehend their requirements and needs regarding hiring.
