Requirements:
🎀Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
🎀With 3-5 years experience as an HR Manager or similar role
🎀Willing to work in Cebu City
🎀Amenable to attend interviews
🎀Can start sa soon as possible

Responsibilities:
🎀Create and carry out HR plans and projects that complement the overarching business strategy.
🎀Oversee the hiring and selection procedure in order to draw in and keep top talent.
🎀Supervise and administer an evaluation system for performance that promotes excellence.
🎀Preserve the benefits package and pay schedule.
🎀Evaluate the need for training in order to implement and oversee training initiatives.
🎀Maintain legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management.
🎀Oversee employee relations and take care of any problems or complaints.
🎀Offer assistance to staff members on a range of HR-related subjects, including paid time off and leave.
