Position: Danish IT System Analyst
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Danish and English Language
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤ BPO experience is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for asnwersing customer inquries and complaints
➤ Provide basic troubleshooting and help them to their inquries about computer malfunctions, for hardware and software issue and make them satisfy with the results
➤ In charge of overseeing, maintaining, and fixing hardware, software, and computer components
➤ Handling user accounts, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and providing users with technical help
➤ Confirming that a software application runs properly on a range of hardware, mobile devices, networks, and operating systems (OS)
➤ Perform other related task
