Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant to Marketing Head
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 90,000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Monday-Friday - Day shift (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
✅ 1-3 years experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
✅ Ability to handle unexpected changes, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct information surveys, send correspondence, write letters or documents; Collect and analyse information assigned by the Marketing Manager.
✅ Manage systems for storing/maintaining/updating documents and provide administrative support such as daily management, invoice management and other correspondence.
✅ Coordinating between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required.
✅ Booking meeting rooms, coordinating schedules and taking notes during meetings, including distribution of minutes of the meeting.
✅ Plan accommodations and ground transportation as required by the senior service department.
