JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ Bachelor Degree holder
◉ Customer Service experience is an advantage
◉ Knowledge in foreign exchange is a plus
◉ Open to work onsite
◉ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ To assist customers with new account applications, account verification, queries, etc.
◉ Provide excellent service to clients by offering consistent banking experience
◉ Handling inquiries about account balances, payments due and other concerns
◉ Performing account maintenance tasks such as adding names or closing accounts
◉ Perform other related tasks if needed
