Position: Norwegian Customer Service Representative
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Foreign national can speak, read and write in Norwegian
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
◉ Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
◉ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
◉ Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time
◉ Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
