Position: Polish Service Desk Analyst

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 85,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Polish and English Language
➤ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
➤ Knowledgeable in Computer application
➤ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
➤ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
➤ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Fixing technical issues and helping users when problems arise
➤ Ensuring software licenses are up-to-date and compliant
➤ Investigating and resolving hardware and software glitches
➤ Keeping the company's knowledge base current and valuable
➤ Setting up and testing new hardware to ensure it works correctly
➤ Addressing user requests and issues
