Position: American Customer Support Manager

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 125,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday - Friday, Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
➤ Must be an American, Australian, or British National
➤ Open to Graduate or undergraduates
➤ With working experience as a Customer Support Manager in a BPO Set-up
➤ Willing to work in Quezon City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Helping to develop and implement customer service policies in an organisation
➤ Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services
➤ Managing a team of customer service staff
➤ Facilitating effective communication channels between customers and the company
➤ Motivating and fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment to maintain high levels of morale and engagement
