JOB REQUIREMENTS:
🎀Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad) JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
🎀Open to graduate, undergraduate, high school graduate
🎀Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
🎀English or Tagalog communication skill
🎀Willing to work Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
🎀 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
🎀General customer support
🎀Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🎀 B2B support for payment operations
🎀 Other Duties as Assigned
