Position: Norwegian IT Help Desk Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Open for foreign Nationals fluent in Norwegian and English
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ Knowledgeable in Computer application
◉ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
◉ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
◉ Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
◉ Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems for end users on a variety of issues
◉ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
◉ Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
