Position: Japanese Email and Chat Support
Industry: Japanese IT Company
Schedule: Shifting (3 days onsite + 3 days off /week)
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: Php 25,000 - 45,000 gross
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS
🌼 Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
🌼 JLPT N3 passer/level
🌼 Must know how to read emails but only around level 3
🌼 Graduate/undergraduate of any course
🌼 With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
🌼 Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
🌼 Knows how to send email and make email in Japanese

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🌼Communicates with Internal customer
🌼 Uses email template to be sent to clients
🌼Responsible to receive Email in Japanese language
🌼 A manual will be used while working
🌼 To document and translate in Japanese/English
🌼 Supports the customers in their technical concerns
