Position: French Technical Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national who can speak the French language
◉ Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
◉ Open to High School, College graduate, undergraduate, or vocational courses
◉ With at least 1 year and above Customer Service experience
◉ Willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
◉ Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Coordinates and escalates the requests to appropriate personnel when unable to resolve at this level.
◉ Give customers a realistic estimate of the time it will take to resolve an incident or request
◉ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
◉ Ensure all calls are logged in the system for proper monitoring and closure
◉ Meet established individual and team performance targets, which include customer service, productivity, quality standards, and any other deems necessary.
◉ Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations
◉ Take calls from customers experiencing technical issues
