JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Foreign national who owns a Permanent Visa in the Philippines
◉ Someone who can speak, read, and write French language proficiently
◉ Open to graduates or undergraduates
◉ Customer Support related experience is preferred but not required
◉ Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
◉ Can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Coordinating customers' concerns to all the departments.
◉ Learn the online system, and technical aspects of the products.
◉ Responding to questions about products, shipping, returns, exchanges, and other topics .
◉ Providing information about products and services including pricing, availability, delivery options, and order status
◉ Help customers navigate the live stream platform
