Position: Data Protection and Compliance Officer (Earn Up to Php150,000)

Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
🎇 Bachelor’s degree holder.
🎇With experience as a corporate lawyer is an advantage
3 years of experience handling SEC, AML/CTF compliance, sanction laws and
regulations, corporate governance, and well-rounded experience in policy setting and advisory in a banking/ financial industry is a plus
🎇 Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.
🎇 Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
🎇Oversee and implement the company's legal, regulatory, and policy matters.
🎇To ensure that Corporate Policies adhere to the relevant laws.
🎇To manage compliance issues in coordination with the Finance and Accounting and HR & Administration units
🎇To address accusations of transgressions against the Code of Conduct or additional corporate policies
🎇To pinpoint possible compliance risk and vulnerability areas, create and carry out corrective action plans
🎇Attend regular and/or as-needed internal and external meetings and committees. Represent the group or the company in all assigned functions.
🎇Completes additional relevant tasks as assigned by the Group/Unit Head
