Position: Japanese Project Management Support
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000 - 50,000 gross (Non - Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
🏵️ At least 1 year of experience working in a BPO or any Customer Service industry.
🏵️ Bachelor's Degree in any Courses
🏵️ Customer support at the call center of Japanese accounts
🏵️ N3 or higher (also for those who can speak or higher even without a certificate)
🏵️ At least conversational in English
🏵️ Willing to Work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
🏵️ Provides timely and professional customer advice via various channels.
🏵️ Addresses and resolves customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues.
🏵️ Documents customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's database.
🏵️ Maintains quality assurance and control of BST projects.
🏵️ Analyzes team operations and organizational structure.
🏵️ Checks and reports client feedback and satisfaction.
🏵️ Develops and maintains a filing system.
🏵️ Manages the agenda, arranges meetings and appointments.
🏵️ Assists in ad hoc jobs as needed.
