Position: Thai Customer Representative
Industry: Software Company/Sports Betting
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
⭐Thai national abroad or in the Philippines
⭐Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
⭐Proficient in Thai and English
⭐With at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
⭐Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
⭐Amenable to work in shifting schedule
⭐Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
⭐Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live chats
⭐Maintaining positive customer relations
⭐Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
⭐Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
⭐Data entries of event results in the systems
