Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨ Open for fresh graduate
✨ Has working experience for the same role is an advantage.
✨ Experience working in BPO Company and in the same industry is an advantage
✨ Amenable attend face to face interviews.
Job Responsibilities:
✨Interacting via phone and email with our global network
✨Possess the ability to speak with clients by phone, chat, and email.
✨ Encoding of data
✨Reservations made online
✨Handle reservations via email
✨Review reservation schedules
✨Processing of invoices
✨Payments with virtual cards
✨Loading contracts
