Position: French Help Desk Support

Work Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 76,000 gross
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write French and English
◉ Open to graduates or undergraduates
◉ Customer Support related experience is preferred but not required
◉ Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
◉ Can start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Answering inquiries regarding goods, delivery, swaps, refunds, and other subjects.
◉ Analyzing a list of the problems raised by clients and analyze them so that you can quickly respond with answers or clarifications.
◉ Be kind and professional when interacting with customers.
◉ Help customers navigate the live stream platform
◉ Keep an eye on customer relations to make sure that quality requirements are fulfilled.
