Position: French Client Support Representative
Company Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Open to foreign nationals who owns a permanent visa here in the Philippines
◉ Proficient in both French and English
◉ Bachelor's Degree Holder
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus
◉ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
◉ Willing to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
◉Keeping a detailed record of client data, including useful comments, as well as positive or negative feedback.
◉ Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.
◉ Manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and escalate complaints to the appropriate teams.
◉ Perform other related task needed
