Position: Japanese Hotel Reservation Specialist

Requirements:
• Japanese National
• Business Level in English Speaking
• Open to College Graduate and Undergraduate
• No relevant experience needed
• Conversational English is okay

Job Responsibilities:
• Be able to communicate with client/s using Japanese language via emails, chat, and calls
• Data encoding
• Online Reservation Management
• Process booking via email or call
• Attend to customer’s requests and concerns via email or call
• Monitor booking schedules
