Company Profile: World's largest manufacturer of water technology solutions based in Europe with services in 55 countries
Position: Thai Accounts Payable Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Day shift (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) flexible
Work setup: Hybrid Work Set-up
Requirements:
✔Thai National who can speak in English
✔Filipino fluent in Thai language
✔With at least 1 year relevant experience in a finance/shared service/BPO services handling accounts payable/ PTP/STP process.
✔Knowledgeable in in SAP system/accounting system
Responsibilities:
✔Responsible in processing PO and non-PO invoices in SAP
✔Responsible in reconciling the account balances
✔Prepared required monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
✔Monitoring critical vendor list on a monthly basis and ensures to book and pay on time - for instance, request missing invoices and follow-up until it is paid
✔Respond to voice inquiries from the vendors
