JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: 5-star Hotels and resorts located in Pampanga and Cebu are hiring Korean VIP hosts. Premier 5-star hotel and casino resorts offering luxury stays and world-class gaming and entertainment experience to VIPs of all nationalities. These Hotels are located in the main city of Cebu and Pampanga. Currently hiring 10 Korean VIP hosts for each site.
Position: Mandarin VIP Host
Industry: Hotel & Resorts
Schedule: Flexible Schedule
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Pasay City, Cebu City, Pampanga
Setup: Work Onsite
(Responsibilities):
✅Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
✅Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
✅Handle customer and other department inquiries.
✅Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
✅Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
✅Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Open to undergrads and graduates
✅Open to no related work experience.
✅Open to Customer service experience.
Recruitment Process:

✅2nd interview (both interview can be done within Video call)
