The largest and well-known Travel agency in the Philippines. It was founded since 1972. The company can offer luxury travel where in customers can customized their tours and giving all the best services for the costumers. They create arrangement easy and affordable.
Position: Ticketing and Reservation Manager
Industry: Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php80,000
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Saturday (half day)
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✅ bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related courses.
✅ With 5 years of experience in Ticket and reservation
✅ With at least 2-3 years of experience in supervisory/ managerial position
✅ With experience working in a Travel company is a big plus
✅ Can start As soon as possible
Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns
✅ counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel
✅ making reservations and sending out confirmation notices.
✅ assist customers over the phone and in person, answering their questions and organizing their travel or reservation plans
✅ ensures all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
