Position: Norwegian IT System Specialist
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
❍ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write Norwegian and English language fluently
❍ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
❍ Excellent technical and computer skills
❍ BPO experience is an advantage
❍ Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❍ Assist customer with their concerns via phone, email or chat by using Norwegian/English speaking
❍ Must be able to identify problems, come up with appropriate solutions, and execute them with ease.
❍ Provides basic troubleshooting regarding with products and services
❍ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues
❍ Responsbible to monitor and analyze call logs or ticket requests to detect common trends and underlying problems
❍ Perform other related tasks
