REQUIREMENTS:
⭐️ Preferred females candidates
⭐️ Open to all Native Nationalities (Malaysian, Indonesian, Taiwanese, Chinese)
⭐️ Can accommodate Non-Native applicants with near native proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
⭐️ Basic English
⭐️ Fluent in Mandarin language
⭐️ Open to undergraduates
⭐️ With at least 1 year work experience
⭐️ With experience in Online Gaming is a plus

JOB DUTIES:
⭐️ Escalate all VIP customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions to related departments. Follow up to ensure speedy resolution.
⭐️ Understand and resolve customer issues within VIP CS SOPs.
⭐️ Introduce new products and online/offline promotions to VIP customers for reactivation/retention opportunities.
⭐️ Build a good relationship with VIP customers through excellent communication.
⭐️ Keep records of VIP customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in CRM
⭐️ Perform follow-up communication activities.
