JOB DUTIES:
⭐️ Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
⭐️ Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in ⭐️ VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
⭐️ Handle customer and other department inquiries.
⭐️ Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
⭐️ Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
⭐️ Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
⭐️ Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
⭐️ Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
⭐️ Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.
