Premier 5-star hotel and casino resorts offering luxury stays and world-class gaming and entertainment experience to VIPs of all nationalities. These Hotels are located in the main city of Cebu and Pampanga. Currently hiring 10 Korean VIP hosts for each site.

JOB DUTIES:
⭐️ Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.
⭐️ Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in ⭐️ VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).
⭐️ Handle customer and other department inquiries.
⭐️ Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.
⭐️ Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.
⭐️ Assist and handle customer ordering requests.
⭐️ Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.
⭐️ Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.
⭐️ Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.
