Position: Dutch Customer Support Associate
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Paranaque City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Negotiable
Work Schedule: Night Shift ( EMEA time)
Work Setup: Full time Work from Home Set-up
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Foreign National fluent in Dutch with Permanent residence visa in the Philippines.
◉ With or without work experience is welcome to apply
◉ Can start as soon as possible
◉ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
◉ BPO experience is an advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Greeting customers, taking and making phone calls.
◉ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
◉ Explaining offers and products to customers
◉ Making follow up appointments for customers
◉ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
