Position: Portuguese Electronic Service Analyst
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Rosario, Cavite Province
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 95,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Proficient in Portuguese and English language both verbal and written
➤ Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
➤ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
➤ Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives/industrial control
➤ Background in CS/TSR/ IT and any related fields
➤ Willing to be flexible and can work on-site if the job needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Responsible for assisting technical-related inquiries in Portuguese and English
➤ Test and troubleshoot electronic issues
➤ Respond to service issues and requests promptly by providing customer satisfaction
➤ Walkthrough customers or clients through a series of actions to resolve issues
➤ Prioritise and manage high volumes of cases at one time
➤ Perform other related task
