REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
✅Required skill(s): MS Office.
✅Open to at least with 6 months related work experience.
✅Knowledge in MS Office; Word, Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
✅Respond to client service requests in a timely manner
✅Endorse service request to the frontline team
✅Monitor closure of service request
✅Monitor requestor feedback and closure of service request
✅Service request analysis and reporting to the line manager
