REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ At least Bachelor's degree in any field
✅ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog
✅ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is an advantage.
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
✅ Assist the assigned manager with verbal and document translations
✅ Liaise and handle requests and queries from assigned managers.
✅ Organize and schedule appointments and assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
✅ Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
✅ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
