JOB DETAILS :

Position: German Procurement Agent
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Rosario, Cavite
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 gross
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write in German
◉ At least have purchasing, procurement, or related field work experience.
◉ Proficient in German and English Language both verbal and written
◉ Knowledge of supply chain management principles
◉ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
◉ Willing to be flexible and can work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered
◉ Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive
◉ Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed
◉ Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
◉ Research suppliers of goods and services
