Position: French Customer Experience Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Cebu City
Salary: Php 76,000 gross
Schedule: 5 days working schedule per week
Work Set-up: Onsite
Language: French and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
◉ Foreign Nationals fluent in French and has permanent residence visa
◉ Open to graduates or undergraduates
◉ Customer Support related experience are preferred but not required
◉ Willing to work onsite
◉ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
◉ Review and approve request for booking cancellations and refunds
◉ Respond to consumers questions or resolve problems related to their orders, delivery or payment
◉ Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
◉ Follow standard operations and procedures.
◉ Perform phone support duties for food delivery app.
