Position: Mandarin Recruitment Officer
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift | Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
✅ Bachelor / University Degree in any field preferably in Human Resource
✅ At least 1-year experience in recruitment; identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans.
✅ Experience recruiting for the FMCG industry is an advantage.
✅ Excellent written and verbal skills documentation and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Collaborate with hiring managers to devise a recruiting approach and action plan to fill needed positions.
✅ Support the company’s Taiwan entity, factory and Market for Operation.
✅ Responsible for supporting research and sourcing candidates as needed.
✅ Conduct phone interviews with candidates and assist in matching and creating a shortlist of individual recommendations for follow-up interviews.
✅ Communicating with the applicants for their schedule, updates for their application, and providing feedback for both candidates and hiring managers' end.
✅ Maintain and manage relationships with direct business partners.
