Requirements:
✅Korean national proficient in English language
✅Degree holder or any course (Engineer, Science, medical or Technical)
✅Having Has technical support background is an advantage
✅Has worked in BPO set up
✅Has customer service and technical support exposure is a huge advantage
✅Willing to work onsite in Taguig
✅Can start ASAP

Duties and responsibilities:
✅Guide the Korean users of the proper use of the device
✅Assist the users on step by step guide to properly handle and maintain the device
✅Assist medical representative with their concerns on a particular device
✅Help Korean Medical Technician in trouble shooting the device
✅Assist the Med tech on how to escalate the technical issues
✅Answer inquiries of users via email, chat and calls
✅Help customers on how to use the manual of the device
✅Read and familiarize the manuals written in Korean language
