Position: Asset Management Manager
Company Industry: Hotel and Casino Company
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00am-6:00pm)
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, or related field
✨ With Master’s degree or professional certifications is an advantage
✨ With working experience in asset management or financial analysis
✨ Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested
✨ Amendable to work onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Monitor and manage the company’s asset portfolio and ensure assets are aligned with corporate objectives
✨ Prepare asset performance’s regular reports and conduct financial analysis to support asset management decision
✨ Responsible for identify and reduce risks associated with asset management
✨ Coordinate with other department for effectively use and maintenance of assets
✨ Improve asset management practices by stay updated on industry trends and technologies
