Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Associate

Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS
💠 N2 - N3 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
💠 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, preferably in any office-related course.
💠 Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted.
💠At least have work experience in customer support, customer services or other related work is a big advantage
💠 Fresh graduates are welcome.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
💠 Answering inquiries from clients regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawal and deposit etc. thru email and chat.
💠Informing other staff for the current campaign and how it works.
💠 Endorsement to all department regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
💠 Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
💠 Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to team leader and/or superiors
💠 Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
💠 Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders

💠 Final Interview
