Position: Spanish Customer Luxury Products Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Open for Foreign National who have a permanent visa in the Philippines
➤ Preferably Filipino who is fluent in Spanish
➤ Proficient in both Spanish and English
➤ Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder but undergrads are welcome to apply
➤ Customer Service experience is a plus
➤ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand
➤ Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
➤ Assist customers with after-sales service issues
➤ Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand
➤ Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
➤ Perform other task needed
