JOB DETAILS :
COMPANY PROFILE: This company is a BPO company supporting customer care, finance and accounting, sales/marketing, back office, healthcare and providing strategic advantage to their clients.
Position: Spanish Customer Healthcare Support
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000 gross
Work Schedule: Graveyard (Monday-Friday start at 8pm or 9pm | Weekends Off)
Work Set-up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Filipino who can speak Spanish
➤ Proficient in both Spanish and English language
➤ Graduates of any 2-year course are welcome to apply
➤ Preferably with 1-2 years experience in BPO using Spanish Language
➤ Experience working with email, chat & voice support is a big advantage
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Answering telephone and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
➤ Furnishing members and health care practitioners with details regarding members' benefits
➤ Granting pre-authorizations for medical treatment, if covered
➤ Canceling members' plans upon their request, or due to recurrent nonpayment
➤ Perform other related tasks if needed.
