Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor's degree holder
✨With at least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and reporting
✨With experience in payroll is a plus
✨Willing to work on a Hybrid Set Up
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Overseeing benefit enrollment and termination
✨Lead the company's compensation programs and creating reports
✨Provide counsel assistance on compensation and benefits related matters
✨Create accurate, timely and relevant reports for HR Department
✨Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
